Job Advertisement: Network Technician / IT Technician

We are looking for a self-driven and solution-oriented network technician / IT technician who thrives in a dynamic and international environment. In this role, you will work on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network solutions – primarily by connecting switches, routers, and other infrastructure to meet our customers' needs during major events abroad.

About the Position

This is a traveling position where you will be abroad for periods of 2–3 weeks, followed by being home in Sweden for about the same duration – before the next trip. This arrangement will continue for several months, requiring you to be flexible, adaptable, and enjoy working in international environments.

You will be part of a team that ensures stable and reliable network solutions on-site with customers and at various events around the world.

Responsibilities vary but include:

• Installation, commissioning, and interconnection of switches and routers.
• Basic troubleshooting and on-site measures.
• Support to customers and event teams before, during, and after completed events.
• Documentation of work and network solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in network technology, particularly with switches and routers.
• Practical and comfortable working with technical installations.
• Enjoys a traveling work style and being away from home for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and works well in international contexts.
• Responsible and able to represent the company at customer sites.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).
