We are now looking for a nurse to join our team! One of our employees is retiring, and we are searching for someone who wants to become part of our family-oriented and competent workgroup.

About us

We are a smaller department with 12 patient beds where we work with planned surgeries – primarily hip and knee replacements, but also urology, stoma placements, hernia repairs, and gallbladder surgeries. We are a weekly department that is open 24/7 from Monday to Friday. Here, a warm and family-like atmosphere prevails, where collaboration and care permeate our daily work. Our team consists of care leaders, nurses, nursing assistants, and orthopedic coordinators who work closely with outpatient services, surgical planners, operating rooms/UVA, and paramedicine. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of an experienced and supportive team where we help each other and learn from one another. Together, we create a work environment where care, competence, and job satisfaction are at the center.

Your responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will work with:

• Pre- and post-operative care.
• Pain management and mobilization.
• Leading and supporting daily work with a focus on the patient.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has a good ability to structure and prioritize, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Your qualifications

• Licensed nurse, preferably with experience in inpatient care.
• Experience in orthopedics and surgery is an advantage – but the most important thing is your commitment and willingness to develop.
• You are calm, responsible, and have a good demeanor towards both patients and colleagues.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
