Working with us

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge in preparation for your future career. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will work in direct patient care and practice specific nursing tasks. You will receive a good introduction and guidance.

In your role as a nursing assistant, you will meet patients in need of medical care and rehabilitation. You will work closely with patients, which requires a strong interest in people and the ability to understand the patient's situation and needs. For example, you may perform tasks such as initial interviews for new patients, daily IV checks, blood sampling, conversations and care of patients, as well as assisting in care planning and medication management.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nursing student and have completed the fifth semester with passing results by June 2026 at the latest, have experience with the Melior journal system, and have at least three months of work experience as a nursing assistant, pediatric nurse, or caregiver in inpatient care. Your personal suitability is highly valued, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-oriented, and has good collaboration skills.
