About the job

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra with snow removal and winter maintenance during the season in Luleå. You will be part of a team responsible for keeping walkways, parking lots, and property areas safe and accessible during the winter months.

The work often takes place early in the morning, during the day, or on weekends – when the weather requires it. This role is suitable for you who enjoy practical work, thrive outdoors, and don’t mind a bit of cold fresh air.

Responsibilities

• Participate in snow removal of walkways, parking lots, and property areas
• Ice control using sand, salt, and other materials
• Shovel, sweep, and keep entrances and walkways clean
• Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
• Collaborate with colleagues to effectively clear different areas

We are looking for someone who

• Is reliable, willing to work, and enjoys physical labor
• Can easily collaborate and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team
• Is flexible and can step in at short notice when it snows
• Has a valid B driver's license
• Can communicate in Swedish

About working hours

The work is weather-dependent and occurs as needed, often during early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is flexible and available during snowfall.
