About Apoteket Välsviken

Welcome to our pharmacy in Välsviken shopping park in Karlstad – an easily accessible and lively place with a lot of customer flow. Here, an engaged team of about 10 employees works, with a fine mix of experience and innovation. We have a supportive culture where experienced colleagues gladly share their knowledge. Weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-17:00, Sundays 10:00-17:00.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the needs of the customer in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have a couple of years of experience from a pharmacy or are just finishing your studies.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
