Björkstadens Animal Clinic is looking for a licensed veterinarian for a temporary position!

We are a wonderful team in need of reinforcement from a cheerful and dedicated veterinarian for a long-term temporary position. Evidensia Björkstadens Animal Clinic is located in the city center and has high competence, many returning clients, and a family-like atmosphere among both staff and clients. About the job:

We are looking for a licensed veterinarian to work in the outpatient department, possibly also in the dental and surgical departments depending on interest and competence.

What do we offer?

We have a total of 13 employees, 4 veterinarians (including 1 specialist), 5 licensed veterinary nurses, 2 level 3 animal caretakers, 1 animal caretaker, and 1 receptionist, most of whom have worked together for many years. We care deeply for each other, our patients, and pet owners. We support each other and have an open atmosphere. The clinic is well-equipped with X-ray, ultrasound, internal lab, as well as surgical and dental departments with X-ray and gas anesthesia. Working hours are weekdays and daytime; we have a high capacity but also care about maintaining a good work environment and a manageable workload. A large part of our patients are outpatient cases, from medical investigation patients to follow-ups and simpler outpatient cases. We are proud of our clinic, which has high competence, good equipment, a pleasant atmosphere, and a strong focus on solutions to do what is best for both pet owners and staff.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a licensed veterinarian for a long-term temporary position. You should preferably have worked for a few years in the profession. Experience in the dental department or with ultrasound examinations is an advantage.

As a person, you are communicative and value long-lasting and good relationships with pet owners and animals and want to be part of our fantastic team. Scope: The position is a full-time position; part-time work can be discussed. Start date according to agreement after the turn of the year and duration of 9-12 months with the possibility of extension.
