We are now looking for a specialist physician for ASIH in Västerort

As a specialist physician with us at ASIH (Advanced Home Care), you will play a central role in delivering and developing high-quality care. You will work in a team-based context where you lead a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the care of patients at home.

Your role includes:

• Providing care at the end of life and alleviating symptoms to achieve the highest possible quality of life for patients.
• Developing care quality and promoting team collaboration.
• Supervising resident physicians.
• Documentation in the Take Care journal system and planning in the Epsilon tool.
• The patient group includes cancer, hematological diseases, COPD, heart failure, and multi-sick patients, as well as patients with temporary conditions requiring advanced medical treatments such as infusions.

Your qualifications

• Specialist physician with any patient-centered specialist competence and an interest in home care and palliative care.
• Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, pain and symptom relief.
• Experience in end-of-life care and difficult conversations with patients and relatives is an asset.
• Certification or specialist competence in palliative medicine is a plus.
• Good collaboration skills and high personal suitability.

The position is full-time with a start date by agreement.
