We are looking for a licensed dietitian to substitute in our cheerful team at Märsta Rehab with a great chance for extension and a permanent position within Rehab Nordväst.

Märsta Rehab is part of Rehab Nordväst, which provides primary care rehabilitation in the municipalities of Solna/Sundbyberg, Järfälla, Upplands Bro, and Märsta/Sigtuna under the management of Region Stockholm. We have four clinics with about 135 employees consisting of occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, social workers, chiropractors, speech therapists, rehab coordinators, and administrators.

In Märsta, we are a group of 25 employees. The workplace is located in pleasant premises just a 5-minute walk from Märsta Station. We are looking for a colleague to join our current 3 dietitians from spring 2026 to spring 2027 with potential for extension. Job Responsibilities:

At Rehab, the dietitian is an important part of the rehabilitation of our patients. You work with patients of all ages who have lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, obesity, as well as gastrointestinal diseases, malnutrition, allergy/intolerance.

The work is carried out through assessment, treatment, and advice both at the clinic and during home visits within home rehabilitation. Teamwork occurs in home rehab and when conducting groups together with other professions. The groups can be, for example, osteoarthritis and lifestyle schools. The work may include supervising students.

You will also collaborate with relatives, home care services, and other healthcare providers regarding your patients. There is an opportunity to work remotely, applied according to agreement when the operation allows.

Employment Type:

Temporary employment, full-time 100%, 40 hours/week. Part-time can be discussed. Working hours Monday to Friday. Start date according to agreement.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed dietitian with a bachelor's degree is a requirement.
  • Driver's license B is a requirement, preferably for manual transmission.
  • Experience from primary care and/or home rehabilitation is an advantage.
  • Experience with documentation in the Take Care journal system is an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

You are confident in yourself and your profession with a good ability to work independently and are good at collaborating with other professions. You are interested in being part of driving development and improvement work.

Since we work in the patient's home, you must be able to be in environments with pets and not be sensitive to tobacco smoke.

Additional Information:

To prevent the spread of MRSA, Stockholm County's Healthcare Area (SLSO) applies health certificates before new employment and regulates the possibilities for healthcare personnel to wear piercings.

  • In addition to Swedish professional licensing, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
