About Us

Relinx is a full-service provider in telemarketing, customer service, and staffing. We help companies increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure that the right personnel are in place at the right time. For us, every call is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between companies and their customers or donors.

In addition to commercial assignments, we also work with several organizations in charity, where we contribute to creating long-term support for important community initiatives.

Our office is centrally located in Gärdet, Sandhamnsgatan 63, close to restaurants and public transport, which contributes to a comfortable working environment.

About the Role – Fundraiser

As a Fundraiser with us, you will:

• Contact previous donors by phone to thank them, inform them about the organization's work, and explore interest in continued giving and support.
• Receive training in effective communication and how to use the phone as a working tool.
• Get further training on the topics the organization works with.

You are someone who:

• Loves talking to people
• Wants to do something meaningful
• Enjoys working towards clear goals
• Previous experience in charity or customer service is a plus, but not required

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 09:00–16:30
