 What does the job of a curator at Norlandia Elderly Care involve?

You will be part of an engaged team that always prioritizes the residents' quality of life. 

You will guide the staff in handling the behavioral symptoms and difficulties that often arise with dementia. How do you reach out with your goodwill to a person who does not understand their need for support? You are willing to get close and are not afraid to step into caregiving situations and give your all.

You will provide support to relatives, primarily in the form of groups where you address the different phases of dementia and the relatives' questions and concerns.

You want to help create care based on freedom and dignity, here and now, and all the way to the end of life!

• We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker.
• Previous experience in dementia care, as well as work with BPSD, is an advantage.
• You need to have good knowledge of health and medical care regulations.
• You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• We would like you to have knowledge of documenting based on ICF and KVÅ in the Epsilon journal system.
• We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations, such as the BPSD register.

Probationary period: We apply a 6-month probationary period

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present a criminal record extract. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
