About us

Within Basal home healthcare, we work on behalf of health centers - evenings, nights, and weekends. Our work teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal home healthcare is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

The role

As a licensed nurse in our call center, you play a key role. You work together with several colleagues to ensure high availability for our customers and employees, and provide high-quality medical advice for our clinical staff who are out on patient visits. You are an important support in the daily work and contribute to ensuring that our patient visits are delivered safely, efficiently, and with the patient's best interests in focus. On-call doctors are available for support in medical matters.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming alarms and distributing assignments to the right clinical staff.
• Providing medical advice and support to colleagues out on patient visits.
• Supporting clinical teams during delays and redirecting resources as needed.

We document in the TakeCare journal system, and visit planning is done in the Epsilon planning tool. As a nurse in our call center, you have close cooperation with our operations to ensure a high-quality care process.

You report to the resource and service manager and work in bright and inviting premises, centrally located with good communications and in nature-friendly areas. As a nurse in our call center, you will work during on-call hours, meaning evenings and weekends.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with at least three years of work experience 
• Has good computer skills, preferably experience with the TakeCare journal system
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage to have:

• Work experience in home healthcare 
• Experience working with the Epsilon planning tool 
• Experience in healthcare advice, for example, 1177

You are confident in your professional role, have a professional demeanor, and enjoy providing good service to customers and colleagues. You are a positive, engaged, and communicative person who actively wants to contribute to our community and development. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
