About the role
HydraSpecma is now recruiting a Key Account Manager for Global OEM Power Systems, based at the headquarters in Gothenburg. As a Key Account Manager, you will work with the company's international OEM customers with complete hydraulic systems and components. In this role, you will ensure profitable sales growth by building strong long-term relationships with customers. You will actively develop business and customer-specific solutions with a focus on what creates value for the customer. You will prepare, implement, and follow up on activity plans with key customers, have budget responsibility, and be responsible for market analysis. In this position, you will work as a Key Account Manager, addressing both technical and commercial issues to meet customer requirements and wishes and convey these further into the organization. The tasks are performed in an international environment with many points of contact. You will report to Lars Ihrelius, Sales Director Power Systems, Global OEM.
We are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a trained civil or engineering graduate, or has equivalent competence through work experience. You have a technical background with good technical knowledge regarding hydraulic systems and applications. You also have sales experience where you have been involved in developing business and had your own customer responsibility. Previous experience with international OEM customers is an advantage. The role also requires good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
As a person, you work efficiently, structured, and independently. You have a good ability to take a helicopter view and understand our customers' operations and needs. You build trust and enjoy acting as an advisor. Furthermore, you thrive on collaborating with others through many contacts both internally and externally.
