Are you a meticulous and technically interested person who wants to work in a modern production environment at Siemens Energy in Finspång? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

As a machine operator, you will work with manual machines in an advanced production environment. Your focus will be on performing machining with high precision and quality. You will, among other things, work with manual machining according to drawings and instructions.

Additionally, you will perform quality checks and measurements. You will also work with reworking components in case of deviations. Material handling is done with forklifts and overhead cranes, so the position requires forklift and overhead crane licenses.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and has a strong safety mindset. You are used to working both independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Manual machining: Work with manual machines to process materials according to drawings and instructions.
• Perform measurements and checks to ensure components maintain high precision and quality.
• Handle and correct deviations detected during production.
• Material handling: Use forklifts and/or overhead cranes to move materials within the work area.
• Follow safety regulations and handle heavy components safely.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator in industrial production.
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.
• Accustomed to working with high demands on precision and quality.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane licenses are required for the position.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Forklift & Overhead Crane license.
