About the position

As an injection molder at Mastec Plastema, you will work in a technical and varied environment with high-quality plastic production. You will be part of a competent team and work in two shifts. The position is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Mastec.

Your main tasks

• Monitoring and operation of injection molding machines
• Ensuring that production maintains the right quality and follows established routines
• Adjustments and simple settings of machines as needed
• Packing, inspection, and control of finished products
• Reporting deviations and production data
• Actively contribute to an efficient and safe workflow

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment and has a technical interest. You are meticulous, responsible, and easy to collaborate with.

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial work
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn more
• Ability to work two shifts
• Experience in machine monitoring or similar process industry

Meritorious:

• Experience in injection molding
