About the Position

Stafsjö Valves is now looking for a workshop worker with a passion for machines. You will be part of the adjustment & service department where the work is varied and problem-solving is a big part of your everyday life.

The work includes, among other things, adjustment, service, milling, and turning. It is piece-part manufacturing with a wide variety of tasks, and you will program your own programs from scratch. Other tasks may also occur. There are good opportunities to eventually be involved in driving and developing a new milling machine that the company is investing in.

The initial employment will be through Ikett with the intention of transitioning to a direct employment with Stafsjö. Working hours are scheduled during the day with some flexibility.

Pedersen 2500 series with Heidenhain control system 420
10” support lathe
Radial drilling machine
Bandsaw
Cold saw
Blast cabinet
Electric and TIG welding

Your Profile

At least 2 years of experience with controlled machines
Knowledge of milling machines, advantageous Heidenhain control systems
Experience in turning and welding is highly meritorious
Flexible and responsible regarding your work area
