We are now looking for a machine operator who wants to contribute to the production by operating, monitoring, and optimizing machines and packing machines.

What you will do

In the role of machine operator, you will:

• Start, set up, and operate machines and packing machines in the production line.
• Monitor the machines' functions, detect any faults, and make adjustments to ensure that production flows as planned.
• Perform daily checks, simple maintenance, and troubleshooting to avoid downtime.
• Follow safety and quality routines throughout the production process — including cleanliness in machines and the facility.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the production team and contribute to improvement work.

Your work is important for production to function efficiently and safely, and you will have a say in daily operations.

Working hours

Machine operator roles in industry and manufacturing are generally full-time (40 hours/week). Depending on production needs, the work may:

• Be during the day (e.g., 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00),
• Or involve shift work (e.g., two or three shifts) where the total weekly working hours are still around 40 hours.

Many industrial jobs have shifts where teams alternate between morning, afternoon, and evening/night, especially if production is running around the clock. Overtime may occur if needed.

Exact working hours are determined by the production setup of the business and will be communicated during the interview/presentation.

Your profile

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy practical work.
• Have a certain technical interest and enjoy working with machines.
• Are comfortable with computers and control systems used to monitor production and documentation.
• Communicate well and function in a team.

Meritorious (but not required):

• Experience from production, machine, or packing line work.
• Forklift license or other relevant qualifications (e.g., overhead crane, safe lifting).
