We are currently seeking a meticulous and quality-conscious grinder for a long-term assignment in metal and sheet metal processing. The position starts as a consultancy assignment for 6 months, with a clear goal of transitioning to employment with the client and eventually being offered a permanent position.

About the position

You will work with grinding and finishing welded constructions in metal and sheet metal. This involves fine, delicate welds and details where precision is crucial. The work requires a very careful touch, a feel for the material, and an understanding of how the final finish affects both function and overall impression.

Here, quality is more important than speed – every step must be performed with precision.

Responsibilities

• Grinding and finishing of weld seams in metal and sheet metal

• Fine-tuning of details according to drawings and quality requirements

• Ensuring the correct surface finish and high aesthetic standards

• Visual inspection and quality assessment of completed work

• Maintenance and care of grinding equipment

• Following safety procedures and production instructions

Do not necessarily have previous experience as a grinder, but experience in grinding, metal processing, or other industrial work is highly desirable. However, the most important thing for us is your personal qualities and your attitude towards quality and precision.

You are a person who works methodically and has a natural eye for detail. You do not rush through tasks but understand that precision takes time. You take pride in well-executed work and do not submit anything that you cannot stand behind 100%.
