As a CNC operator, you will work to monitor and operate CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production follows drawings, dimensions, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing checks, and make adjustments as needed. The job also involves following procedures, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable.

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced CNC operator who is accustomed to working carefully and methodically throughout the process. You have the ability to perform measurements, quality checks, and troubleshooting as needed and thrive in a pace where structure and precision are important.

You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and collaborate when necessary. Experience with forklift driving is seen as a natural part of the role, and you contribute stability, order, and a strong focus on quality in production.

• Driver's license B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Education or equivalent experience in CNC

• Forklift license A2

• Overhead crane license
