Your Responsibilities In this role, your days will be filled with everything from fine assembly, adhesive bonding with thermosetting plastic, vacuum forming, and stamping. In short, it is a craft where precision is key. The products are small and detailed, making the work meticulous, repetitive, and largely sedentary. Perfect for you who enjoy focus, structure, and seeing the results and quality of your careful work. Together with your colleagues, you will work in cleanrooms of various sizes, where you have clear daily goals and a shared pace to maintain.

Your Profile For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys tasks where precision and accuracy are half the fun. You take routines seriously, follow instructions to the letter, and feel comfortable working towards clear daily goals at a fast pace.

Since the products are used in healthcare, you will work in a cleanroom environment. This means high demands on hygiene and cleanliness, and therefore you need to be comfortable working without, for example, makeup, nail polish, or jewelry. We also discourage smoking and snuff during working hours.

In the role, adhesive bonding may occur as mentioned above, so training in thermosetting plastic and a medical examination are required. Of course, this is something we as an employer will book and arrange in connection with your start with the client.

You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as you need to communicate with your colleagues and understand instructions. A B driver's license is also a requirement. For this need, we are looking for both those who want to work daytime and those who prefer permanent evening shifts.
