About the position
Professionals Nord is seeking a team leader in electrical assembly on behalf of Lämneå Bruk. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Lämneå Bruk for six months. The intention is for you to eventually be able to be directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

About the role
As a team leader for electrical assembly, you play a key role in ensuring the quality of the production flow from start to finish. You lead and coordinate the work in a team of about ten electrical assemblers and combine leadership with operational assembly work. The role involves close collaboration between production, design, and other departments where you act as a link between the departments. You report to one of the company's production managers.

Your tasks include:

• Leading, planning, and distributing the daily work within electrical assembly according to the production plan
• Participating in the daily electrical assembly work and supporting the team operationally
• Ensuring quality, order, and compliance with routines and safety regulations
• Collaborating with mechanics, design, and production for an efficient flow
• Introducing and mentoring new employees, interns, and seasonal workers
• Following up on work, reporting deviations, and driving improvements in work methods and flows

Flexible working hours apply during the day, and travel in the job may occur.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent experience
• Has several years of experience in industrial electrical assembly, including electrical installations and electrical cabinet assembly in machines
• Is confident in reading electrical diagrams, drawings, and cable tables
• Has the ability to lead and distribute the daily work
• Communicates clearly and is used to collaborating with other functions
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a valid driver's license and access to a car

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience with machine installations, working with end customers, or in international environments
