Grehns Plåt has the capacity to process thin sheet metal and profiles with great flexibility and technical precision, delivering customer-specific components in small and medium-sized series.
The production often targets demanding applications, including the automotive industry, truck manufacturing, and other specialized applications, and the company collaborates with both smaller customers and well-established players.
About the position
We are now looking for an industrial welder for our production department. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment as part of a planned production team, following daily schedules according to Lean principles. You will use Monitor ERP for reporting and work on varying welding assignments in smaller series – often projects lasting from one day to a maximum of one week.
Daily tasks include TIG and MIG/MAG welding of smaller components, primarily in black sheet metal and black steel, but experience with stainless steel and aluminum is a plus. You can work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and can switch tasks throughout the day, providing variety and development.

Qualifications:
· Experience in TIG and MIG/MAG welding
· Knowledge of reading welding drawings is a requirement
· Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
· Previous welding certification (does not need to be active – tests can be taken)
· Experience with black sheet metal/black steel
· Forklift license A2 is a requirement
Meritorious:
· Experience with stainless steel and aluminum
· English language skills
· Computer literacy
Other:
Monday–Thursday 06:30–16:00, with shorter working hours on Fridays. We are flexible with times and there is an opportunity to work, for example, afternoon shifts or varying schedules.
