I am a vibrant 29-year-old girl who loves life and everything it has to offer. I live in my own apartment in Vällingby and fill my days with activities that make me smile – such as playing games, dancing, listening to music, and playing, both indoors and outdoors. I love when things happen and have a great appetite for life!

During the day, I attend a daily activity program, and to live my life to the fullest, I need help creating a daily routine that is harmonious and structured, where routines and clear pedagogical methods are key. With your help, I can continue to discover the world in my own way.

About the position

The position starts with an introduction that can lead to a full-time position, and it may also lead to a supervisory role.

The work follows a schedule with shifts on both weekdays and weekends, and sometimes requires overnight on-call duty. You will receive thorough training, access to further education and guidance, so you feel secure in your role and in our relationship.

We will build a close and strong relationship that requires commitment and long-term dedication. Therefore, it is important that you are ready to invest wholeheartedly and be a reliable part of my everyday life. Since my assistants are specially selected and play a significant role in my life, temporary substitutes are not an option.

About you

I am looking for someone who:

• Has experience or is willing to learn about TAKK, autism, and developmental disabilities.
• Is secure, calm, and positive with a solution-focused mindset.
• Is predictable and consistent in their approach and can handle challenges with calm.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in the assistance profession and enjoy working independently, but the most important thing is that our personal chemistry matches. For our communication to work, it is essential that you speak and write Swedish fluently.
