Do you want to develop in sales and gain valuable experience in the staffing industry?

We are now looking for a driven and communicative LIA intern who wants to be part of our growing team at Q in Linköping.

About the role

As an inside salesperson with us, you will:

• Contact new, previous, and existing customers to identify needs and schedule meetings, both digitally and in person.

• Work closely with our experienced consulting managers, who will support you throughout the internship and accompany you to customer meetings.

• Develop your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and create business opportunities.

• With support from colleagues, structure and plan your own work, giving you practical experience of all steps in the sales process.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven, social, and service-oriented

• Is a student in a program that includes LIA/internship

• Wants to develop your sales techniques and communication skills

• Is curious about the staffing and consulting industry

• Enjoys taking initiative and working independently
