The Community Building Administration is responsible for catering and cleaning, properties and development, urban planning and building permits, parks and green spaces, streets, water, and waste. Here, over 300 employees work together to make Ystad a great municipality to live, work, and thrive in.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you love the art of transforming everyday places into sparkling and inviting environments? Then you are the perfect candidate to become a key player in our team! We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a cleaner with us at 75%.

We consist of a fantastic group of 64 dedicated cleaners who strive for perfection in every little detail. You will be an important part of our team, and you will never be alone. Our four experienced team leaders are ready to assist with daily planning and guide you through every step. Additionally, there are two dedicated unit managers here to support and inspire you to succeed.

Your task is to transform every area into a sparkling clean and inviting place. By using cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners and wet mops, you will create workplaces that truly inspire.

You will clean spaces such as schools, offices, and restrooms.

QUALIFICATIONS

If you have experience in similar work, this is an advantage, but for us, the most important thing is that you have the willingness and drive to work as a cleaner. You should be flexible, cooperative, and enjoy both independent work and teamwork. It is important that you are not averse to various cleaning tasks and your strength is that you see each task as a fun challenge.

You have a good ability to express yourself verbally in Swedish. A driver's license and access to a car are required. It is also an advantage if you have an SRY certificate.
