Who are you?

As a project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that business and projects are successfully completed on time with quality and profitability. The role includes a combination of operational and strategic leadership, so it is important that you are a team player who knows how to motivate the group towards the goal. Furthermore, you have a sense for numbers and business, have experience in project calculations, and can establish a timeline.

You will have the opportunity to grow into your role, so experience as a project manager is not a requirement; you may have a background as a senior construction engineer or site manager. This is your chance to take the next step in your career where you will step into a key position in the organization, collaborating closely with management on business planning, strategy, and development!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least ten (10) years of documented experience as a site manager or construction engineer
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Has good insight into timelines, calculations, and leadership skills
• Communicates clearly and well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Driver's license B is a requirement
