About the role
In this role as a customer service representative at Telenor, you will be part of a close-knit and wonderful team at Telenor's headquarters in Solna. You will act as the first support for customers via phone and email, handling various issues related to mobile telephony, subscription-related questions, broadband, and TV. You will receive thorough training at the beginning of your employment to ensure you have the best possible conditions to succeed in your job, along with good development opportunities at Telenor. Sales and upselling are also part of the role, where you will offer and guide Telenor's customers in various products and services.

Are you the one we are looking for?
To fit this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service. As a person, you are driven, engaged, and goal-oriented. You are motivated by helping and understanding customer needs, and you have a strong interest and drive for upselling. Having worked with the phone as your primary work tool and sales experience is considered an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school education
• Previous customer service experience
• Good computer and system skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
