At VIASALES, you will become a key player in our marketing team where we build a modern content assembly line. Here, you combine analysis and strategy with creative testing to ensure our campaigns deliver maximum reach, visibility, and conversion.

The Role

As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, optimizing, and monitoring our digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with our content and social media team, transforming data into results through smart advertising.

You are the one who:

• Captures insights from the data.
• Tests and scales winning ads.
• Ensures our messages resonate – right channel, right audience, right time.

Your Responsibilities

• Paid Media: Set up, optimize, and analyze ads on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop funnels, A/B tests, and retargeting flows that drive leads and conversions.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with our film and SoMe team to develop engaging ad materials.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Contribute to strengthening and optimizing our websites.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Understands SEO and website optimization.
• Is both strategic and creative – can analyze data while also testing new ideas.
• Is self-driven but also a team player who enjoys winning together.
