We value our workplace culture, which is characterized by seeing each other at work, being kind, and sharing our knowledge. We hope you want to contribute to our positive work climate.
The department applies a work schedule model that rewards times considered less attractive by employees with higher compensation. The work schedule model and individual scheduling allow employees to have a significant influence over both their work hours and their compensation. We are running a project with reduced weekly working hours for those working night shifts down to 32 hours per week. You will receive an individual introduction tailored to your previous experiences. In the department, we have a shared leadership model, which means that we have two managers who jointly are responsible for the department's operations, finances, and staff.
