Job Responsibilities

It is a challenge to create relationships and meet each individual in different situations in life. In Hultsfred, we believe that this is what makes work in care and support both fun and successful. You will have an active and varied job that provides you with experiences for life.

We are looking for summer substitutes for the municipality's special accommodations, home care, support for people with disabilities, social psychiatry, and personal assistance.

Your tasks will mainly involve strengthening the person's sense of coherence, self-determination, and experience of health. This happens through your care, support, and assistance to each person you meet. We also actively work to strengthen the healthy aspects of the individual.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with empathy and commitment! To thrive with us, you have an interest in working with people. We prefer that you have education in care, but it is not a requirement; experience in similar work is an asset. We are looking for someone who is secure, responsible, and has an interest in working with people in need of care and support.

In the role of summer substitute, good cooperation with colleagues, users, relatives, and managers is very important. You need to be at least 18 years old for the position. In most operations, both day, evening, and night work occur, so please specify in your application if you have specific requests regarding this. Most positions require a driver's license.
