Do you love creating memorable drinking experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no event is the same? We are now looking for an engaged and flexible bartender for the autumn and winter banquets, Christmas tables, fairs, and other exciting events!

About the role: As a bartender with us, you will be a key person at each event. One moment you will be serving simple drinks, beer, and wine at a banquet, the next moment you will be creating elegant cocktails at a Christmas table. Regardless of the assignment, the goal remains the same: to provide guests with a memorable experience, focusing on service, pace, and quality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a bartender and is passionate about service
• Is social, outgoing, and loves to connect with people
• Is positive, flexible, and unpretentious, a role model in service
• Can handle a high pace with a smile
• Has another main occupation of at least 50% (studies, other work, etc.)

Examples of assignments:

• Banquets with simple bar service
• Events & catering
• Christmas tables with cocktail bar and liquor cash
• Restaurant and à la carte
• Fairs

About Carotte Academy

At Carotte Academy, we train staff in the hospitality and service industry through a free multi-step training program. In the introductory training, you, as a newcomer in the industry, will gain the theoretical and practical foundational knowledge required to work in service with Carotte Staff. Everyone who works with us needs to complete the first step of our training.
