As a Danish-speaking customer service representative, you will be a key person in creating positive customer experiences and building long-term relationships. You will receive incoming calls to assist customers while actively working on upselling by offering tailored solutions to the customer's needs. 

• Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

• Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as email, chat, and case management

• Engage in sales by offering relevant products and services

• Build long-term customer relationships by providing engaged and high-quality service

• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

• Are punctual and meticulous in your work performance and have an eye for quality.

Previous experience in service and sales is an advantage, but not a requirement - we provide you with the tools you need to succeed!

• Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Fluent in Danish in both spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of English

• Have good computer skills 

• Approved high school education

• Employment form: We initially offer a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

• Working hours: 08:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-18:00 Saturdays
