Aleo Care in Österåker is looking for individuals with experience in care work who want a meaningful and varied part-time job in home care. We are seeking dedicated employees who enjoy working independently and want to contribute to the safety and quality of life for our clients. With us, you will become an important part of a close and supportive team where respect, participation, and good service are in focus.

You will provide clients with the assistance they are entitled to according to care decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of job tasks include:

• Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – assistance with preparation, serving, and feeding if necessary.
• Supervision and companionship – creating safety and contributing to the client's social context.
• Dressing and undressing – practical support with changing clothes.
• Home support – for example, laundry and other daily chores.
• Emergency alarms – quickly responding to urgent needs from clients who have triggered an alarm. We work on behalf of Österåker Municipality and are responsible for both regular home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:30. This means a varied assignment with both planned and more urgent interventions.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Certified nursing assistant training – you are educated and experienced in your field. (Meritorious)
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and can document professionally.
• Driver's license (B) – you are a safe driver and used to navigating in traffic. (Required)
• Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each client has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same.
• Meticulous and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digitally skilled – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.

Working days: Saturday – Sunday. For this position, we offer a part-time employment. Working hours: 07:00 – 15:00. Workplace: You will be based at our office in Österåker, and we believe you live nearby to facilitate your commute.

Aleo Care is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we run operations in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
