About the position

Bravida Fire and Security in Stockholm is looking for a project manager who wants to take full responsibility for execution projects within security, electrical, and ventilation, with a particular focus on technical solutions for critical societal operations such as schools, correctional facilities, and hospitals. In this role, you will lead projects from start to finish, be responsible for finances, timelines, and quality, as well as plan resources and purchases. The role involves a lot of personal responsibility and presence on-site at projects in close collaboration with both technicians and clients.

You will be part of a close-knit team of seven project managers who together lead about fifteen employees. The points of contact are many, and you will work both with internal delivery teams and external partners.

Your future tasks You will work operationally with project management and be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered according to set goals, both financially and qualitatively.

• Drive execution projects within security, electrical, and ventilation from start to finish
• Lead and plan resources, both technicians and potential subcontractors
• Be responsible for budget, follow-up, and delivery terms
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and sales organizations
• Ensure documentation, purchasing, and project administration
• Be on-site at projects at least once a week, with some office presence

We are looking for someone who has

• Several years of experience in project management, preferably within security, electrical, or ventilation
• Understanding of project economics and experience in follow-up
• Experience in leading personnel and workgroups in a technical environment
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of construction law
• Technical education or other relevant competence

You are structured and solution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
