With us, you will have the opportunity to investigate everything from tropical diseases to sepsis and wound care. Our patients are of all ages with varying underlying health conditions. What they all have in common is that they have or are suspected to have an infection that requires acute medical care.

We often perform advanced emergency care, which broadens your professional knowledge, and you will have the opportunity to utilize your entire skill set. Here, you will gain a solid foundation as a nurse, whether you are newly graduated or already have work experience. We encourage professional development through continuous improvement efforts and the personal responsibility to influence how the operations are conducted.

We apply a wish schedule that is then coordinated based on the needs of the operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Standard nursing assistant tasks in a care department. We work in teams with nurses and doctors in patient-centered care. As a nursing assistant, you will have a varied job with changing care situations, both acute and planned.

We have a lead nurse and a coordinator available from Monday to Friday. The lead nurse's main task is to help and support their colleagues in the department, regardless of profession. The coordinator receives incoming calls, coordinates medical transport, and also supports nursing work. We have a good and stable group of doctors and a wonderful atmosphere in the team without prestige between professional groups.

The position involves rotating work during days, evenings, and nights. The Infectious Diseases Department has 17 beds, all of which are single rooms with sluices and the possibility of isolation. Ten of the rooms also have outside access via a balcony.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified nursing assistant. You have an interest in infectious disease care, and we prefer that you have a few years of experience working in a care department. As a person, you are flexible, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a team but also taking personal responsibility.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
