We are a small Stockholm-based company that started in 1985 and primarily works with supported housing. Currently, we have operations in Stockholm, Söderhamn, and Umeå. The target group in Umeå is men with substance abuse issues, mental health problems, criminality, and so on. We need staff who can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. It is a requirement that you can document and write implementation plans. We actively work with the client's network, and you must have experience participating in meetings with multiple stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
The job requires that you have previous experience with the target group and that you have at least a two-year post-secondary education, such as a social worker, social pedagogue, treatment assistant, or similar. A driver's license is a requirement. We prefer male applicants for a balanced gender distribution in the workgroup. We are looking for both permanent employees at 85 percent and on-call employees.
The work shifts will be distributed across days, evenings, weekends, and night shifts on-site. Animals may be present in the residence.
