Allegio Omsorg is a family care company that wants to make a difference.

At Allegio Omsorg, we currently have over 1000 employees including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – therefore, we have a high level of education among our employees, with a special focus on dementia and palliative care. We are constantly working on development in our operations and ensure quality through self-checks, among other things.

The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, which means “selected personnel” – based on this principle, we work: we know that we offer the best services when we also have the best and most engaged employees!

We provide care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer’s needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with contact persons to meet the needs and routines of our customers. In the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important. Requirements for the position include being able to work independently, but also in a team as the work may sometimes require two people. It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have telephone experience to read digital schedules and instructions.
