About the position

We are looking for a project manager in renovation and rebuilding for a well-established construction company in the Gothenburg area.

The company works with complex renovation projects and pipe replacements, often in ongoing residential environments, where planning, communication, and structure are crucial for success.

As a project manager, you will play a central role in the company's project organization and be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously – from startup to final inspection – with full focus on economy, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up on 2–3 projects simultaneously, primarily in renovation and pipe replacements
• Drive projects from start to finish – planning, budgeting, finance, change management, follow-up
• Ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable agreements (AB04 / ABT06) and quality requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, authorities, and clients
• Be responsible for documentation, work environment, and follow-up (BAS-P and BAS-U)
• Contribute to the development of working methods, routines, and customer relationships

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience as a project manager in construction, preferably with a focus on renovation/rebuilding
• Has managed projects worth at least 100 million SEK
• Is familiar with complex pipe replacements and residential projects in operation
• Has good knowledge of contract law (AB04 / ABT06)
• Has completed BAS-P and BAS-U as well as other required training
• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has logistics competence, flexibility, and a business-oriented approach
