Flytt & Städ Sverige AB continues to grow and is now looking for goal-oriented salespeople for our office in Norrköping.

We are looking for someone who is social, driven, and loves to make deals. With us, you will receive a secure base salary and a commission model with no cap – the more you sell, the more you earn!

Job Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with new and existing customers

• Write quotes and follow up on leads

• Collaborate with marketing and customer service to drive sales forward

• Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets each month

We are looking for you who

• Has 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer contact (meritorious)

• Is competitive, results-oriented, and self-driven

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

• Enjoys working towards clear goals and wants to grow in the role

We offer

• Fixed salary: 25,000 SEK/month

• Commission: 2% on sales over 500,000 SEK/month (no cap)

• Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (lunch 12:00–13:00)
