Your Role as Project Manager/Maintenance Leader

As a Project Manager/Maintenance Leader within stations, you will work in our service agreements with maintenance, service, and minor constructions within substations and power plants.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to create the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and generate further opportunities in collaboration with customers and suppliers. In the role of Project Manager/Maintenance Leader, you will primarily work from your office, but you will also be out in the field. The work is independent, but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external actors. We place great importance on your communication skills and entrepreneurship as you will have daily contact with our customers. In this role, you will primarily work with our industrial customers and smaller network owners.

Some of your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for business planning and the execution of projects through work management and coordination.
• Inform and report on the project's status to the client.
• Be responsible for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments and handle closure and follow-up on the finances.
• Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer.
• Actively contribute to new business with new and existing customers.
• Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together.

Travel is a natural part of the work as a Project Manager/Maintenance Leader. A small number of overnight stays may occur.

Requirements Specification

About You

As a Project Manager/Maintenance Leader with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a significant part of everyday life, and therefore we are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to independently drive projects forward. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and has a strong commitment to their assignments. You are motivated to provide service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us, but we would like you to already have:

• Completed upper secondary education or higher in electrical, power, technology, economics, or another relevant field.
• Work experience in work management or project management.
• Work experience in the electrical or power sector.
• Experience from the contracting industry.
• Computer skills (Office package) and experience with process-driven work in case management systems.
• Driving license B, as travel is required in the position.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. English is an advantage.
