We are looking for someone with experience in instrument maintenance and an eye for detail. As an Instrument Planner, you will be a key person in the planning of complex maintenance projects, where your technical understanding and structured approach make a real difference.

We are now looking for an Instrument Planner for our client in Nynäshamn. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and preparing work orders within the instrument discipline for upcoming maintenance projects and turnarounds. You will play an important part in ensuring that all materials, activities, and resources are correctly specified and ready for procurement and execution.

As an Instrument Planner, you will have a central role in the planning process and collaborate closely with both internal functions and external contractors. The role suits you who want to work in a technical and structured environment with high demands on quality, safety, and accuracy.

• Ensure that planning and preparation within the instrument discipline follows the timeline and that complete work orders are delivered on time to purchasing for procurement.
• Establish technical descriptions and work orders in the company's maintenance system for both bidding process and execution.
• Quality assure work materials to ensure correctness and completeness before they are sent for procurement or execution.
• Participate in monitoring planning status and report progress regularly.
• Contribute to a realistic timeline for execution by reviewing contractor bids and providing materials to schedulers.
• Coordinate support from other disciplines such as scaffolding, insulation, and cable removal.
• Identify and report improvement opportunities within the project's planning and execution.

• Has a degree in engineering in instrumentation or equivalent engineering education.
• Has experience in planning and preparation work within maintenance or project operations.
• Has experience in instrument maintenance.
• Is technically skilled, structured, and has the ability to drive your work independently.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys collaborating with others.
• Is a team player with good organizational skills and an interest in quality and safety.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday. The assignment is expected to last until the end of 2026, with a chance of extension.
