About Apoteket Linnean - Skogås

Apoteket Linnean is a well-established pharmacy located in the heart of Skogås center. We are a dedicated team of six employees who together create a work environment characterized by collaboration, competence, and care. Our focus is on providing each customer with a personal and qualitative encounter – every time.

Thanks to our location in an indoor center, we are a natural part of our customers' everyday lives, and we always strive to be the obvious choice for both advice and service.

Apoteket Linnean is also part of a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Sparvugglan in Brandbergen, a smaller pharmacy with 3 employees. Sparvugglan, like Linnean, is located in an indoor center where proximity and personal service are equally important.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and help us achieve success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmaceutical and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
