About the Role: As a Production Manager at the customer, you will be responsible for leading and developing a part of the production operations. You will ensure that production delivers according to set goals for quality, delivery precision and efficiency, while driving improvement initiatives and developing the team.

The role involves close collaboration with departments such as Industrialization, Production Development, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach your production team towards common goals
  • Ensure that deliveries are of the right quality, are delivered on time, and are implemented efficiently
  • Initiate and drive improvement projects in processes, flows and working methods
  • Work actively with skills development and team satisfaction
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term development of production capacity

Requirements:

  • Documented experience of leadership in production, preferably in electronics or advanced assembly
  • Relevant technical education, such as a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
  • Good understanding of Lean, quality systems and improvement work
  • Ability to communicate clearly and inspiringly, in both Swedish and English
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional organization

Must to have: Swedish speaking and Swedish citizenship
