EBP (European Body Panels) in Olofström is one of Northern Europe's leading manufacturers of complex body parts made of sheet metal, primarily for the automotive industry. They offer a complete production chain under one roof, including stamping, laser cutting, assembly, and surface finishing. Among their customers are leading car brands such as Volvo Cars, Audi, and Porsche. The company, owned by PVI since 2018, is in an expansion phase where they are increasing collaboration with existing customers and broadening their business mix to new industries.
As an Industrial Salesperson, you will play a key role in developing and expanding the customer base in Northern Europe, with a particular focus on the automotive industry and finding new markets and sectors. You will be based in Gothenburg, but the role involves frequent travel within Northern Europe, including Germany and the UK, as the position relies on high customer presence. Regular presence at the office in Olofström is a natural part of the role for relationship building and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Drive strategic customer engagement and relationship building in complex sales processes with long cycles
- Lead the entire sales process, from first contact to closure
- Sell a comprehensive solution rather than just a product, and communicate technology with both buyers and engineers
- Successfully negotiate business-critical agreements, with the courage to challenge the customer/situation for the best possible deal
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional internal relationships with departments such as Logistics and Engineering
Qualifications
We are looking for a salesperson with a stable and secure personality who is a genuine, attentive, and humble relationship builder. You have exceptional self-leadership and the ability to take responsibility for establishing and developing the sales unit from scratch. With strong social skills, you generate and create energy in personal meetings and see relationship building as A and O. You are courageous, curious, and entrepreneurial – you take initiative without micromanagement and are adaptable to a flat organization. In this recruitment, personal suitability is as important as formal experience.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experienced and solid sales competence within the industrial sector (manufacturing industry)
- Technical understanding of the manufacturing industry and good general understanding of production processes
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Driving license B
