Your everyday life as a Customer Center Employee

SOS Alarm is now looking for a committed and responsible employee for our Customer Center in Gothenburg. In this role, high accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills are crucial for success. You will be a key person in our customer dialogue and an important link between our external customers, partners, and internal functions.

As a customer center employee, you will handle incoming inquiries and calls from our customers and partners. You will be responsible for updating and administering information in our operational systems, for example, by creating and revising alarm plans. The work requires you to be structured, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in delivering quality in every detail. You are also expected to contribute to the daily operations and the continuous improvement work by suggesting how we can improve existing working methods to meet customer expectations.

The Customer Center is a large organization within SOS Alarm, located in several places in Sweden. You are accustomed to and enjoy collaborating across functions and departments as well as with customers.

The position is full-time, scheduled during office hours, and permanent with a six-month probationary period.

We are looking for you We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and customer-facing roles, preferably from public sector and/or B2B. You are used to working in digital systems and have a pronounced administrative ability. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and are comfortable communicating in English.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have a genuine commitment and passion for delivering fantastic customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, are unpretentious, service-oriented, and have the ability to build long-term customer relationships. You enjoy working according to established structures but are not afraid to highlight improvement potential and are eager to contribute to improving working methods.

We believe you have experience in

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration
  • At least 5 years of work experience
