Our client in Solna is looking for a meticulous, engaged, and positive sales and order coordinator who wants to strengthen their sales team.
As a sales and order coordinator, you are the hub between sales, customers, and inventory. You are responsible for supporting the sales team with administration, order management, customer contacts, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery. You will play an important role in creating customer satisfaction – with structure, service, and collaboration.
In this role, we are looking for a person who has documented experience in project management and has also worked with Key Account Management or similar tasks. You will play a vital role in supporting our client's KAM salespeople, as well as in building and nurturing relationships with some of our client's largest and most important customers.
As part of the team, you will:
Drive and coordinate projects from start to finish, focusing on quality, time, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in regular customer meetings, identify needs, and present tailored solutions.
Work proactively to suggest improved and more efficient working methods – both internally and for the customer.
Contribute to the company's growth and customer development by acting as a strategic partner.
Be a close support to KAM salespeople, including administration, quote preparation, follow-up, and coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Register and follow up on orders in the SAP business system.
- Support the sales department with quotes, invoicing, and delivery follow-up.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt feedback.
- Work with administrative tasks related to contracts, pricing, and product information.
- Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and finance for efficient processes.

- You are unpretentious, sales-oriented, and used to juggling multiple tasks.
- You have experience with SAP (a requirement for the role).
- You have an academic background.
- You have experience in sales administration.
- You thrive in a role with a lot of internal and external contact.
- You are unpretentious and are happy to help where needed.
- You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- You are comfortable with the Office suite.
Employment conditions and information
- Extent: Full-time.
- Start: Immediately. The role is a consulting assignment for 12 months with good opportunities for extension, and you will be employed as a consultant with us at Andara.
- Location: Solna with the possibility of hybrid work 2 days a week.
