Interim Operations Technician in Stockholm

Are you ready to take on an exciting interim assignment in a larger commercial property in central Stockholm? We are looking for an experienced operations technician who wants to work broadly with operations, maintenance, and technical systems. Here you will have a varied everyday life in a modern and technically advanced property environment with assignments both in the city and in Rotebro. The assignment is a temporary position from February to August 2026. 
 

About the assignment
As an operations technician, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of a larger commercial building in central Stockholm as well as a property in Rotebro, which is visited once a week. The role involves broad technical responsibility focusing on heating, cooling, ventilation, and control technology. You will work with troubleshooting, alarm management, and operational optimization, as well as drive smaller projects and maintenance measures.

Examples of tasks

• Operation, maintenance, and optimization of technical systems
• Troubleshooting in control systems and handling of operational alarms
• Supervision and maintenance of cooling machines and climate systems
• Planning and execution of smaller projects (e.g., fan replacements, electrical renovations)
• Coordination of contractors and service work

We are looking for someone who has:

• A few years of experience in a similar role as an operations technician
• Experience with commercial properties
• Good knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, control & regulation, and energy optimization
• Experience working with cooling machines and climate systems
• The ability to troubleshoot in control systems and resolve issues independently
• Experience in supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance
