Job Responsibilities

Your main task is to handle meter revisions. This includes replacing, maintaining, and registering district heating meters at customer sites and in data systems. Handle measurement values such as monthly readings, validation of measurement values, and investigations regarding customer consumption. We promote a desire to develop our working methods. You will work in several IT systems. The position involves a lot of customer contact and scheduling. Other tasks such as service and maintenance of district heating plants and maintenance of pressure vessel classified heating ducts are also included. The position also involves participating in certain projects.

The position includes on-call duty.

Qualifications

You have a technical background in electrical engineering, plumbing, or other equivalent fields. You are a practical person who values order, structure, and planning. Good administrative skills are necessary as the job involves working in several data systems. Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

You have empathy and can handle and meet people in various stages and situations in life. You are open to trying new methods that develop the department and your work. This is a very flexible job. You will largely plan your own time. The Meter & Service department consists of 2 service technicians and 2 meter technicians. We share on-call duty with the project group, which includes 4 people. We are a department that helps each other in our daily work to maintain a high level of knowledge and customer satisfaction.
