About the Role

As a mechanic at Palfinger, you will play a vital role in our service team, where you will be responsible for the repair, service, and maintenance of our products. You will work with our advanced truck cranes, hydraulic systems, and other lifting solutions, both in the workshop and on-site with customers. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and problem-solving, with a strong focus on ensuring the highest quality and operational reliability of our products.

You will work closely with other mechanics and technicians, and your contribution will be crucial for us to deliver the high level of service and technical support that our customers expect. The work is varied and offers opportunities for both personal and professional development within the company.

We are looking for someone who

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience working as a mechanic or technician, preferably within the truck, construction, or lifting machinery industry. You have good knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, which is important for communicating with customers and colleagues.

You are solution-oriented, meticulous, and have a strong sense of quality. You are accustomed to working in a structured manner and can easily adapt to different work environments and customer needs.

Other qualifications:

• Experience in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics
• High school education or technical training, or equivalent knowledge through experience
• Driver's license B (required)
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing heavy machinery is a plus
• Fluent English is highly desirable
