Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Experience in production (preferably in pharmaceuticals and food)
• Forklift license A+B1
• Logistics and inventory management: May include work moving materials, packing and preparing deliveries, or managing inventory in a production environment.
• Flexible with working hours and open to shift work (includes day, 2-, 3-, 5-shift as well as work during holidays)
• Good data and documentation skills
• Attributes such as collaboration skills, initiative, and accuracy

Preferred:

• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Experience/knowledge of GMP (good manufacturing practice)
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Technical interest 
• Machine monitoring and operations: Control and monitor machines to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on machines.
• Production and assembly: Work on the production line assembling, packing, or processing materials according to instructions.
• Quality control: Inspect products to ensure they meet requirements and standards.
