We are looking for a driven and service-minded person who can act as the hub between sales, partners, and delivery. The role combines reactive customer and partner support with proactive initiative-taking to drive sales and support strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Manage incoming leads and customer/partner inquiries

- Place orders and coordinate meetings with partners

- Prepare quotes and presentations

- Provide administrative support and follow up on campaigns against strategic goals

- Proactively act on opportunities and drive your own initiatives

We are looking for someone who

- Has a strong personality and drive

- Is service-oriented and takes initiative

- Has an eye for detail and understands how to work in a startup environment

- Is tech-savvy, understands the basics of AI and modern technology

- Is organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Experience

- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

- Experience in a startup environment or similar fast-changing organizations

- Communication in English; Swedish is a plus
